I promise you I do intend to finish, soon, this little book on Covid. Originally my title of it echoed someone else’s intelligent observation: at some point, you know enough. Meaning at some point we need to let the matter go, that is, to let go the task of learning fresh, preparatory information. Preparatory to what? We know what has occurred. We all of us have learned by now the rough history of the virus, the criminality of the vaccine deployment, the deaths and injuries from it. We have learned to recognize the propaganda vehicles still working for it, and so on. What truly boggles the mind is the growing understanding that we of all people should be living at this time, so as to witness, and be called to do something about, this, the worst crime ever committed against all humanity at once. More fresh information really can’t help us anymore, unless it is so startling that is deserves a place, a footnote, among the heroes’ work we have collated because collating feels like justice.
I do intend to finish and get back to civilized things, the Jane Eyre project, maybe another spiritual Camino. But I found something startling. I found a new hour-long podcast, from another hero, which explained a basic matter that I think everyone should know. Just as we were struck by the fact that Covid didn’t kill robust adults before the Vaccine but now it does; just as we were struck by the oddity of the Vaccines’ all being rolled out during the year of non-essential work “lockdowns;” so now we can be startled by, yes, virology plainly sketched. The hero is Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche.
At his site Voice for Science and Solidarity, he speaks for an hour with Dr. Philip McMillan. The talk is labeled “International Vaccine Expert, Geert Vanden Bossche Speaks Up Again” (April 14, 2022). When the subject was fresh in my head, I texted out to my small world my summary.

This researcher Geert Van Den Bossche (Belgian, I think he is legit) says that the virus is “learning” to avoid barriers put in front of it by the vaccine … which is not what should happen normally, when people get sick, recover, and get immune, making the virus say “oh ok I am only allowed to do this”
… because endless boosters only stop the virus a little, people never “clear” it and thanks to its natural mutations it always has a new trick up its sleeve
…this is why he thinks omicron has been so contagious but so mild … this virus has “learned” to stay infectious but not [yet] deadly … and it circulates among the vaxxed who are never “done”
He says it is inevitable that the virus will “learn” to solve the “deadly” problem too .. it is the normal nature of viruses circulating among humans who should not have been hampered with artificial drugs against it anyway
… seriously he thinks a “contagious AND deadly” phase is very near in our future because viruses do NOT give up solving their survival problems

So now you are a part of my small text world and you are armed with this footnote — and I credit and collate the work of another hero. “The virus will solve this problem,” Dr. Vanden Bossche said, meaning that from its constant mutations, it will “select” one to help it get more virulent and so promote, for a time, its own better replication and survival. It is operating in a population of billions of people who are only semi-immune because they are “vaccinated” anyway. He thinks this will happen within the next two months and he says he is surprised it isn’t “today.”
So, if he is right — and he freely admits, yes he is a veterinarian and yes he thinks the cheap treatment that the world will be clamoring for will be, among other possibilities, ivermectin, “that horse medicine” as even my relatives have been trained to scoff — nevertheless if he is right, look for an odd summer Covid variant by July. Look perhaps for forgotten powers to re-emerge and coincidentally warn the same thing, although supported by bald statements instead of virology knowledge as far as I can see. “Our immune system wanes,” Dr. Deborah Birx blandly announces, without footnotes, while plugging her new book.
